Please have the following items ready before you begin your registration:

  1. Camper Type (RV/Trailer/etc)
  2. Camper Length
  3. Vehicle License Plate Number
  4. Team Name and Age Division
  5. Below Release of Liability signed and ready to upload
  6. Credit Card for payment
  7. Login for www.RamonaBaseball.com - or create an account when you register!

There are two (2) RELEASE forms that must be Signed and attached to the registration.

1. Carefully read and sign this RELEASE OF LIABILITY form (Camper Release). 

2. Carefully read and sign this RMWD RELEASE form (RMWD Release)

You will not be allowed to reserve a camping space if these files are not uploaded with your registration.


$150 per camper. Fees include one camper and one tent per space, plus one vehicle pass for in/out privileges during the event. All other vehicles will be charged $5 per day per vehicle at the event entrance. License Plate Numbers will be included on your vehicle pass, so please do not share them.

Pets are allowed in or near your camping space, but must be leashed at all times. 

Pets are not allowed in the baseball complex. Please be sure to clean up after your pet!

Alcohol is to be kept within the area of your camper and is at no time allowed within the baseball complex or near the fields! 

RSA reserves the right to remove any individual or camper from our event at any time due to public intoxication or inappropriate behavior - this is a YOUTH sports event, please try to remember this!

Off road motorized vehicles, including golf carts and atvs, are not allowed at any time within our event area.
